Saligite Shannon!
Corner Studios recently ventured north to help Morgan out on a video for his Latin class at WWU. It is based around the concept of feuding political candidates battling through their advertising campaigns. We shot it over the course of one day (with essentially no planning) and went right into another day of editing. Anyhow, you can check out the mega-compressed version at YouTube.
2007 - A Year in Review
Ah, and what an eventful year it was! What's that you ask? We didn't even produce ONE *#$%@! video?! Well, maybe not in that aspect, but we assure you there will be more to come in the future. Production on "Yard Sale 2" is slowly but surely progressing, with many wild ideas floating around. Heck, I might as well tell you the new title of the film: "UNNECESSARY VIOLENCE." The film will be worth the wait, because we're holding off until we can gather up all our resources to do this story right. It's gonna kick @$$.
Beyond that, the biggest news yet in Corner Studios' short history happened this year: we are now in HIGH DEFINITION! That's right, we are now in possession of an HD camcorder, along with TONS of new gear - real lighting equipment and sound gear that are guaranteed to give us more professional-looking films (we can call them that now, rather than "movies" - because we're pretentious!). However, I wasn't supposed to tell you that as the equipment isn't officially paid back yet...
In other news, "Yard Sale" is now available on DVD! This long-awaited film is a cult favorite, and we've never been more proud of it. With the sequel now in the works, now is the time to check out the classic film in all its glory! Complete with an audio commentary, the extras on this sucker make it worth the wait!
